Final Judgement

I recently interviewed at a company for a contract position. After a brief 15-20 minute interview, the manager approved my selection for the job. My consulting company got the Purchase Order (called PO in consulting circles) in a couple days. Apparently, this PO thing is a big thing. Until you get your PO you can't be assured of the contract. Anyway I got mine without many hassles and was mentally preparing for the new job. Then the hiring company asked me to take a Predictive Index (PI) review. I had never heard of it before and was wondering what it could be.


Could the results of the review still jeopardize my job? The answer came from an American colleague of mine who told me that PI review is a simple HR process to try and find the best fit for a potential employee. It seems the Management uses it to find out a person's attitudes and traits to be able to place him/her better in managerial/supervisory/team member role.

I took the PI review today evening and have some screen shots am attaching some screen shots below. I'm hoping the company provides me the results of the review. Here are some links about the Predictive Index Review:
